                Raspberry dressing

                Ingredients:

                - 225 ml. consommé (clear beef stock)

                - 200 ml. Organic Olive Oil OILBA

                - 50 ml. Organic garlic oil OILBA

                - 30 grams of chopped shallots

                - 37 ml. tomato vinegar

                - 25 ml. honey vinegar with raspberry

                - 2 teaspoons of mustard

                - pepper and salt

                - 4 teaspoons of powdered sugar

                Method: Take a measuring cup and add the mustard, chopped shallots, tomato and honey vinegar and the powdered sugar. Add the consommé! Mix it all with an immersion blender. Now, while constantly mixing, gradually add the olive oil until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add the raspberries and the salt and pepper to taste and mix it again. Strain the liquid through a ball strainer and then put the dressing in a clean bottle.
